This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Facilitate the development, implementation, and assessment of lifecycle programs across enterprise CDP, CRM, and email marketing platforms.
• Convert lifecycle requirements into scalable, technically robust solutions within intricate B2B settings.
• Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Strategists, Functional Architects, and Technical Architects to configure, validate, and enhance campaigns, audience logic, and reporting frameworks throughout the platform ecosystem.
• Engage in customer workshops that outline B2B customer journey stages and assist strategists in pinpointing high-impact opportunities for personalization and automation.
• Execute and verify segmentation and trigger logic in alignment with the established lifecycle framework.
• Work together to establish KPIs and success metrics for lifecycle stages.
• Define and confirm data mapping requirements to guarantee accurate capture of lifecycle metrics.
• Develop and implement tracking frameworks for event tracking, conversion mapping, and more.
• Configure lifecycle journeys in MarTech platforms such as SAP Engagement Cloud.
• Identify and communicate any data, platform, or integration limitations that could affect campaign execution or timelines.
• Clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, MarTech operations, or marketing analytics.
• Proven experience in enterprise B2B environments characterized by extended, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Practical experience in configuring lifecycle journeys and segmentation logic.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise MarTech ecosystems (CDP, analytics platforms, data models).
• Experience in designing multi-touch attribution models within B2B settings, possessing the technical depth to guide, test, and validate MarTech execution.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into system-ready requirements and ensure technical execution validation.
• Experience and willingness to adopt AI to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Customer-facing consulting experience in agency, consulting, or enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders and participating in complex planning initiatives.
