This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app via Pendo) that assist practitioners in discovering and adopting the integrations most pertinent to their practice.
• Create segmented, behavior-triggered campaigns that engage practitioners at critical moments — onboarding, plan modifications, specialty indicators, and instances where they might be at risk of losing momentum.
• Integrate engagement and integration signals into risk scoring, and aid in early-intervention and win-back campaigns for practitioners who have drifted or churned.
• Assist lower-tier practitioners in identifying the appropriate upgrade path when their workflow exceeds their current plan.
• Monitor and report on attach rates, churn, and expansion trends by segment, cohort, and plan tier, highlighting patterns for the broader team.
• Manage daily partner relationships and oversee existing integration partners, while also facilitating the onboarding and activation of new partners as they are integrated into the ecosystem.
• Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns with integration partners, including joint email sends, in-app promotions, webinars, and partner-sourced content.
• Generate campaign reports for integration co-marketing: adoption lift, engagement rates, and conversion to active integration usage.
• Analyze integration funnel performance — from awareness to first use and sustained engagement — utilizing HubSpot, Pendo, and Amplitude.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and offer mechanics under the guidance of the broader team to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns in helping practitioners find what they need.
• Identify practitioner behavior data and trends that indicate friction in the product adoption process.
• 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, partnership marketing, or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS company, preferably with exposure to product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
• Proven experience in executing behavior-triggered, segmented email and in-app campaigns.
• Familiarity with retention and expansion metrics: attach rates, cohorts, and LTV, beyond just open rates.
• Proficient in HubSpot (required) and at least one in-app messaging tool (Pendo preferred).
• Comfortable analyzing data — you can generate standard funnel reports and interpret Amplitude or Sigma dashboards with team support.
• Strong collaborative skills: you know how to engage with Product, CX, and Partnerships teams to gain context, alignment, and creative assets without causing bottlenecks.
• Bonus: knowledge of health tech, EHR workflows, or the holistic health/wellness practitioner market.
• Comprehensive health and dental coverage starting on day 1.
• Company RRSP program with employer-matched contributions.
• Unlimited vacation policy, founded on trust, clear expectations, and genuine support for taking time off.
• $750 annual Health & Wellness Allowance.
• $1,000 annual Learning & Development Allowance to foster your growth.
• $500 annual Home Office Allowance to establish a productive remote workspace.
• Sprout Family: personalized assistance for family-building and fertility journeys.
• Inkblot: confidential, digital mental health support from licensed professionals.
• Company-wide holiday closure in December.
• Regular virtual company-wide events, lunches, and team socials to maintain connections.
