This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics for lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at previous Personal Loan applicants through channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and ringless voicemail.
• Create, prioritize, launch, and refine lifecycle journeys that enhance applicant re-engagement, loan funding, and overall revenue.
• Evaluate campaign and funnel performance to uncover opportunities, predict business impact, and suggest strategic improvements.
• Collaborate across various functions, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing, to establish requirements and implement impactful lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop and experiment with audience segmentation, channel combinations, messaging, frequency, and AI-driven decision-making strategies to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Construct and sustain scalable lifecycle campaigns within Iterable while ensuring high-quality execution and optimal channel performance.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 4 years of B2C lifecycle marketing experience overseeing performance-focused customer lifecycle programs.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience developing and managing campaigns within an enterprise marketing automation platform such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytics or business intelligence tools to assess campaign performance, analyze conversion funnels, and create forecasts.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to convert business requirements into actionable lifecycle marketing programs.
