This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle programs (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, advocacy) for Engine's primary travel platform, incorporating pathways that encourage deeper utilization of platform features at optimal moments.
• Craft engaging, data-driven user journeys that lead customers from their initial signup to becoming power users.
• Establish a robust testing framework to assess messaging, timing, channel combinations, and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Leads to ensure lifecycle programs align with product priorities and feature launches.
• Independently design and implement lifecycle campaigns using Customer.io (or a comparable platform).
• Monitor ongoing cohort behaviors, pinpoint drop-off areas, and convert data into actionable insights that enhance product metrics (activation rate, feature utilization, retention).
• Compose and refine persuasive, brand-aligned emails and in-product messages that motivate user action.
• Identify the optimal blend of email, in-product messaging, and additional channels to engage users with timely and relevant communications.
• Over 4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing roles, demonstrating success in enhancing product adoption and retention metrics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tools such as Looker, Snowflake, or similar analytics platforms.
• Outstanding copywriting abilities for emails, in-product messages, and user-facing content.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product teams, influencing roadmaps, and taking responsibility for product outcome metrics beyond just marketing metrics.
• Practical experience with Customer.io (or similar platforms like Iterable, Braze), Salesforce, and analytics tools.
• A history of designing and executing structured A/B tests, analyzing outcomes, and iterating based on data insights.
• In-depth understanding of user intent and behavior, with the ability to create user journeys that are perceived as helpful rather than disruptive.
