This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation throughout the customer journey.

• Design and uphold audience segmentation strategies to provide tailored messaging and experiences using marketing automation platforms.

• Oversee and enhance custom branded solutions lifecycle communications, which include dynamic content, value propositions, legal disclosures, and automated customer journeys.

• Evaluate the complete customer experience to pinpoint friction points, boost engagement, and discover revenue opportunities in collaboration with Product, Data, Professional Services, and Sales teams.

• Set and track KPIs to assess campaign success, engagement, retention, and ROI. Perform A/B testing and experimentation for ongoing performance enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product teams on initiatives driven by product demands, customer survey strategies, and implementations while utilizing customer feedback and behavioral insights to guide lifecycle and product enhancements.

• Work in tandem with Content and Creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand lifecycle communications and campaign materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in a high-growth setting.

• Advanced proficiency with Braze and a solid technical understanding of email marketing and customer journey orchestration.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools like Google Sheets, Looker, or equivalent reporting platforms.

• Proven success in collaborating with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.

• Demonstrated history of creating lifecycle marketing strategies that yield measurable engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest and aptitude for utilizing AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing execution, personalization, operational efficiency, and campaign performance.
