• Take ownership of the customer engagement strategy throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, renewal, and reactivation.
• Create and enhance multi-channel experiences spanning email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to boost engagement and service adoption.
• Develop and expand automated lifecycle journeys such as welcome, onboarding, feature adoption, renewal notifications, and win-back initiatives.
• Collaborate with Subscription Growth and In-App teams to foster engagement that enhances conversion, retention, and plan upgrades.
• Utilize behavioral and lifecycle data to establish audience cohorts and deliver personalized, timely communications.
• Analyze extensive datasets to pinpoint engagement opportunities, segment users, and refine lifecycle strategies to consistently enhance the customer experience.
• Manage reporting and performance tracking across email and in-app engagement channels, converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experiment with and optimize messaging, cadence, and channel combinations through testing and A/B analysis.
• Work alongside Product, Data, and Creative teams to guarantee a unified, seamless, and insight-driven customer journey.
• Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle management, CRM, customer engagement, or retention marketing.
• Background in a subscription, SaaS, or recurring revenue model.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in utilizing customer data to build cohorts and shape marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing reporting and performance analysis across various lifecycle channels (email, in-app, push, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer engagement strategies, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
