This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify Opportunity Segments
• Research and evaluate three dormant or low-activity customer segments as potential candidates for return-to-MAU initiatives
• Analyze behavioral patterns, engagement declines, and possible reactivation triggers
• Assess the size of the opportunity and its potential impact
• Choose one primary segment to transition from insight to execution
• Build a Reactivation Campaign
• Create a lifecycle messaging strategy customized for your chosen segment
• Design a thoroughly vetted campaign (including email, in-product, and digital touchpoints)
• Write engaging copy that inspires action
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and marketing teams
• Measure Impact & Present Insights
• Monitor campaign performance and return-to-product behavior
• Evaluate reactivation lift and subsequent engagement
• Determine the factors that drive renewed momentum
• Prepare a comprehensive executive presentation with recommendations for scaling
• Currently enrolled in a three-year bachelor’s degree program and planning to return to the program after the internship, graduating by June 2027
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities
• Must be adaptable and quick to learn new software - familiarity with Lithium/Khoros or other community software, Trello, Confluence, Bunchball/Nitro, and Excel is advantageous but not mandatory
• Available to commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) internship for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
