This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Design and implement the activation and conversion funnel to transform prospects into paying customers.
• Analyze onboarding challenges and identify conversion obstacles.
• Recognize high-intent cohorts and enhance conversion rates.
• Create and launch campaigns utilizing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Draft compelling copy, establish segments, conduct quality assurance on flows, and deploy campaigns efficiently.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing across incentives, messaging, timing, and channel integration.
• Manage Attentive, VWO, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize SEO and paid acquisition insights to develop impactful messaging.
• Develop an offer strategy and calendar.
• Bridge Marketing with Sales and Customer Support by addressing customer inquiries, friction, churn, and hesitations.
• Keep Sales and Customer Support updated on forthcoming Marketing initiatives.
• Use AI to enhance experimentation and testing processes.
• Oversee the website customer funnel, landing page conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
• 2–5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, CRM, or performance marketing within consumer digital products.
• Strong preference for experience in healthcare or direct-to-consumer business settings.
• Proven track record of improving activation or conversion metrics.
• Experience in personally building and launching multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
• Proficient in executing tasks directly within marketing platforms.
• Capable of making informed decisions with limited data.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4 and Looker.
• Understanding of funnel metrics, CAC-to-LTV ratios, and cohort behaviors.
• Experience with Attentive, VWO, and campaign tracking tools.
• Ability to thrive in a small, hands-on team environment.
