Lifecycle Data & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance internal Evolve web applications for CX and Lifecycle teams.

• Deliver comprehensive features from requirement clarification to production release.

• Implement feature requests and bug fixes from stakeholders.

• Create lightweight automations and scheduled jobs to synchronize organizational data and application-backed tables.

• Enhance access control, administrative settings, and usability for non-technical users.

• Document application behavior, deployment notes, and handoff instructions.

• Create and manage Gainsight Relationships, CSM assignments, Success Plans, playbooks, and customer attributes.

• Investigate and resolve any missing or delayed order and relationship updates between booking systems and Gainsight.

• Configure and maintain Gainsight rules, attributes, and automations.

• Support CSM distribution lists, relationship hygiene, and ongoing Gainsight maintenance.

• Conduct data quality analysis and remediation across CRM, ERP/order, reporting, warehouse, and inventory data.

• Build, refresh, and support Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboards.

• Troubleshoot Power BI data refreshes, source extraction, connectivity, and pipeline health.

• Define metrics, filters, source-of-truth rules, mappings, and enrichment logic in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Triage and prioritize stakeholder requests across applications, Gainsight, and data workstreams.

• Collaborate with CSMs, Advisors, BDMs, and CX leadership to deliver software, lifecycle processes, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in building internal tools or business applications, along with exposure to data/CRM analytics.

• Hands-on application development experience; Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with web UI frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, React, or similar.

• Experience with REST APIs and Git.

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and transforming relational data.

• Practical experience with Gainsight or a similar customer-success platform, including relationships, rules, attributes, dashboards, and reports.

• Working knowledge of Power BI, including report/dashboard development, datasets, DAX basics, filters, and data-source troubleshooting.

• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.

• Experience in diagnosing data quality issues across CRM, ERP/order, and reporting systems.

• Ability to prioritize and document a large volume of stakeholder requests.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Preferred educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience with internal SaaS-style tools, subscription/renewals, or Cisco/multi-OEM lifecycle data, process automation, Salesforce, ERP extracts, LDAP/directory data, QBR/CSM/BDM reporting, or AI-assisted productivity tools.
