Life Sciences Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the functional design and execution of Salesforce.

• Offer comprehensive knowledge of all CRM systems, including Sales, Service, and Life Sciences Cloud.

• Work collaboratively with various business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.

• Take ownership of the overarching solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce initiatives.

• Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams.

• Convert business requirements into well-architected solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs within Life Sciences or a related regulated industry.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or comparable pharma/biotech CRM platforms.

• Experience leading project delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in utilizing AI/ML capabilities within commercial solutions in Life Sciences.

• Extensive experience in integration architecture, including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy in complex Life Sciences settings.
