This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Analyze product requirements and convert them into concise, organized test cases.

• Conduct manual testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web-based systems.

• Implement functional and regression testing to ensure releases adhere to quality standards.

• Verify data accuracy and integrity within life sciences and supply-chain processes.

• Utilize life-sciences expertise to ensure the product aligns with real-world operations.

• Detect, document, and communicate defects along with reliable reproduction steps.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to troubleshoot issues and facilitate high-quality releases.

• Develop and maintain testing documentation, checklists, and knowledge databases.

• Offer suggestions for enhancing testing and quality assurance methodologies.

• Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (Biotech, Microbiology, Agriculture, Food Tech, Bioinformatics, or related areas).

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Quick learner capable of adapting to software platforms and digital tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in technology and a desire to integrate life-sciences knowledge with SaaS applications.

• Experience with software testing principles or QA basics through education, internships, or certifications.

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, or basic familiarity with SQL for data organization and validation.

• Understanding of regulated sectors such as GxP, supply chain, or enterprise software.

• Detail-oriented with a curious disposition and a commitment to quality.
