This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the application system requirements across various business sectors within the organization.

• Create application systems that align with business requirements, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, maintainable, and consistent.

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical team members to collect the necessary business and technical specifications.

• Conduct testing and debugging of production programs as well as those in development, focusing particularly on more intricate modules.

• Execute program logic, documentation, and procedural modifications according to the timeline and established implementation strategy.

• Guide and mentor other professional staff, offering insights to enhance productivity through the optimal use of information technology tools and expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience in education and/or related professional work.

• Between 5 to 7 years of recent experience showcasing achievements and progressive responsibilities in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex program logic across multiple technologies and platforms, including at least three years of recent experience in analyzing and designing application systems.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems in unfamiliar contexts.

• Proven capacity to work proficiently in a team setting, exhibiting peer leadership and providing mentorship to programmers/analysts.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively in both verbal and written forms.
