Líder Técnico, BPM, Bizagi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and evolve BPM solution architectures using Bizagi.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of 4 individuals.

• Define standards, technical guidelines, and best development practices.

• Participate in the design of processes and automation solutions.

• Oversee the technical quality of implementations.

• Design and validate integrations through REST and SOAP services.

• Manage the development and deployment lifecycle using Azure DevOps.

• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.

• Assist the team in resolving complex issues.

• Coordinate with functional profiles, QA, and project stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Specialization or strong knowledge in Software Architecture.

• At least 4 years of experience in software development.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with BPM platforms such as Bizagi or Appian.

• Experience in solution architecture and process automation.

• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.

• Ability to lead technical teams.

• Bizagi Advanced Professional certification or equivalent (preferred).

• Experience in projects for telecommunications companies (preferred).

• Knowledge of cloud architectures and microservices (preferred).
