This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of complex business solutions.

• Oversee the technical governance of distributed architectures in large-scale corporate environments.

• Ensure excellence in engineering practices.

• Supervise the deployment of robust systems based on J2EE and Spring frameworks.

• Guarantee resilience in critical application servers.

• Coordinate high-performance teams adhering to international quality standards and agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience.

• Extensive expertise in implementing web applications using JEE or Spring.

• Experience with SOAP services and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in data persistence and transactions with databases utilizing JPA, JTA, or JDBCTemplate.

• Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Front-End technologies: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, or React.

• Understanding of design patterns across various layers of an application.

• Experience with application servers such as WAS, Weblogic, or JBoss EAP.

• Command line proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

• Experience using Git, Gradle, and Jenkins.

• At least 2 years of experience leading development teams for solution implementation.

• Minimum of 1 year working in agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Experience in mobile development.

• Conversational English proficiency.

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
