Líder Técnico – AI, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the technical architecture of data and artificial intelligence products.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure code quality and adherence to best development practices through reviews and mentoring.

• Implement and optimize data pipelines to support AI models in production.

• Supervise and design architectures in software products that integrate artificial intelligence modules.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience leading advanced analytics, data science, or AI-based product projects.

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for anomaly detection and behavioral pattern recognition, particularly in risk or fraud contexts.

• Strong knowledge in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning (regression, trees, clustering, SVM, boosting, etc.).

• Understanding of graph theory applied to community detection, entity relationships, and complex network analysis.

• Implementation of ML/AI pipelines in production, including monitoring and automated retraining.

• Experience in developing fraud detection models, risk scoring, or utilizing models based on transactional behavior.

• Experience in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Neo4j).

• Experience implementing multicloud solutions in Azure and AWS; experience in GCP is desirable.

• System integrations via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
