Líder de IT – Ciberseguridad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Supervise our IT Support Team (Currently consisting of 2 individuals).

• Design, develop, implement, operate, maintain, and monitor IT security controls.

• Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and coordinate the development of information security policies and standards.

• Oversee the implementation and compliance with the information security and data privacy standards and frameworks adopted by the company, including SOC2 and ISO 27001.

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

• Supervise security logs and perform vulnerability assessments.

• Collaborate with IT and DevOps engineers to implement new policies and procedures in software development processes.

• Ensure the protection and availability of data and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity roles.

• Experience in risk management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

• Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).

• Experience with cloud security, data privacy, and compliance regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate English proficiency (Minimum B1).

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in IT and Cloud administration is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalents are advantageous.
