This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, robust, and high-performance applications.

• Actively participate in development, design, and solving complex technical issues.

• Define and implement system architectures based on microservices and integrations with Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Apply development standards, design patterns, and testing strategies to ensure quality and maintainability.

• Conduct code reviews and support the technical growth of the team through mentoring and coaching.

• Promote the adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices.

• Engage in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in Java and working on large-scale enterprise applications.

• Experience leading technical teams while maintaining active participation in development.

• Hands-on experience implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Knowledge of integration with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or other equivalent technologies.

• Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, data pipelines, or AI-based solutions.

• Intermediate to advanced English for daily interaction with international teams.

• Availability to work with teams and clients in the United States, considering time zone differences.

• Key technical knowledge: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

• Microservices architecture.

• REST and SOAP Web Services.

• Oracle, MySQL, and SQL databases.

• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Git and CI/CD tools.

• Python, TensorFlow, or other AI frameworks (desirable).
