Licensure & Enrollment Lead, Facility Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conducts research, completes, and submits all necessary regulatory applications and filings mandated by the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

• Accountable for meeting all application and revalidation deadlines.

• Engages in communication and correspondence with CMS and various agencies.

• Cultivates and maintains relationships with licensing agencies.

• Ensures that all licensure applications and documentation are thorough and complete.

• Maintains an active database of agency contact information and filing deadlines.

• Inputs all updates into the agency portals promptly.

• Keeps current on the rules and regulations applicable in each state.

• Aids in ensuring that agency status changes are communicated effectively.

• Adheres to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.

• Carries out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Services, or a related discipline.

• Background in healthcare regulatory/licensing and enrollment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical abilities, along with proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to understand and adhere to program/contract policies and procedures.

• Possesses a service-oriented mindset.
