Licensing Services Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and uphold a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of Licensing and Contracting processes and regulations.

• Assess submitted documentation to guarantee compliance.

• Actively remain updated on regulatory mandates and changes.

• Liaise with recruiters, advisors, and other back-office staff.

• Initiate agent appointments and handle maintenance transactions.

• Analyze daily and monthly reports and address discrepancies in agent data.

• Offer feedback to management regarding errors and challenges.

• Engage in cross-training and take on assigned project responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of office experience in the insurance or another regulated financial services sector; familiarity with state regulations, contracts, and relevant requirements.

• A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree.
