Licensing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication between Suvoda’s internal eCOA teams and developers/license holders for questionnaires;

• Facilitate communication between Suvoda’s Technical Solutions and Design teams and external translation vendors regarding development needs and client translation specifications;

• Investigate license, translation, and eCOA requirements, including layout, formatting, and device appearance. Identify the license holder and establish contact;

• Assume responsibility for developing an information gathering form to be utilized at the project's inception to aid in license research;

• Convey and execute all translation and eCOA requirements, along with timelines, to the appropriate internal eCOA teams;

• Design, manage, and update an internal reference master guide as necessary, incorporating license holder requirements for future use;

• Coordinate reviews with license holders as required;

• Provide translation vendors with English .json files and screen reports for translation purposes;

• Receive translated .json files from the translation vendor and forward them to the Technical Solutions team for implementation;

• Generate screen report documents for each questionnaire by copying and pasting individual screenshot images of each question. These images will be produced by the Technical Solutions team;

• Conduct a basic proofreading of the screen report documents to verify that all necessary screen content is included and correctly ordered;

• Manage revisions to the screen report documents and .json files between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendor as needed;

• Collaborate with Lead Project Managers regarding translation timelines to enable them to relay this information to the client;

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;

• Strong background in licensing;

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory;

• Keen interest in language, research, and a desire to enter the pharmaceutical field;

• Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects;

• Strong multitasking abilities;

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
