Licensing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee licensor product submissions during all phases of product launches, from initial concepts to final production samples.

• Ensure that all submissions comply with licensor brand standards and approval criteria.

• Monitor approvals, feedback, and revisions to guarantee prompt resolutions.

• Keep accurate records of submissions, approvals, and assets in internal systems (including Asana) and licensor portals.

• Manage licensor-supplied assets and documents, ensuring that teams utilize the most up-to-date materials.

• Act as the main point of contact for licensor-related submissions and approvals.

• Clearly communicate with internal teams regarding feedback, requirements, and timelines.

• Collaborate with licensors to efficiently address questions or concerns.

• Examine concepts and physical samples to verify they correspond with approved submissions.

• Ensure that sample quantities, testing documentation, and required materials are complete and delivered punctually.

• Assist in the ongoing upkeep of licensor documentation and compliance records.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous submissions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Quick to learn new tools and systems.

• Experience with licensed products and brand approvals is a plus.

• Familiarity with creative production workflows or physical product development is advantageous.

• Experience coordinating with various stakeholders and external partners is a bonus.

• Passion for TCGs, pop culture, collectibles, or consumer products is a plus.
