Licensing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and uphold state-level corporate security licenses, electrical contractor certifications, and municipal permits necessary for field service operations.

• Organize background checks, fingerprinting submissions, and state gaming or security card distributions for a nationwide team of field technicians.

• Prepare, assess, and submit both physical and digital licensing application packages.

• Monitor diverse state deadlines to avert operational disruptions.

• Track the progress of project licensing in internal systems such as Oracle Fusion.

• Ensure that legal approvals are in accordance with client project Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Act as the primary legal compliance liaison for project management teams, corporate legal counsel, and external regulatory auditors.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in high-volume administrative compliance or licensing roles.

• Preferred experience within the fields of technician routing, banking infrastructure, or commercial construction.

• Knowledge of state-specific corporate regulations, commercial tax permits, and secretary of state registration laws across various regions.

• Strong skills in utilizing digital tracking databases.

• Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

• Familiarity with scanning software.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
