Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical intakes and create personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Assist families with education and care coordination support.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

• Provide care that is responsive to cultural needs.

• Deliver accessible behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families via secure telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families is essential.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and technology are required.

• A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices is necessary.

• Availability during peak hours is required: weekdays from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
