Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of 25–36 sessions each week

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth

• Perform clinical intakes and assessments

• Create client-focused, trauma-informed treatment plans

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR

• Provide family education and care coordination

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families

• Primarily work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically from 2:00–9:00 PM; weekend availability is advantageous

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

• Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote setting

• Strong technological skills and the ability to learn systems such as Zoom, Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and collaboration tools

• Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
