This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults through telehealth.

• Develop inclusive and accessible mental health offerings for the neurodivergent population.

• Establish your caseload with consistent client referrals in the initial weeks.

• Collaborate with clinicians dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).

• Proficient clinical abilities in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

• A keen interest in serving autistic or neurodivergent adults.

• Familiarity with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).

• Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred but not mandatory.
