This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
β’ Conduct 200β300 outbound calls daily to engage with qualified leads.
β’ Assist potential customers in understanding and selecting the appropriate personal lines insurance, which includes auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, umbrella, condor, or bundled insurance policies.
β’ Achieve and surpass the target of selling 30+ policies per month, with incentives for multi-product sales.
β’ Engage in persistent follow-ups, manage your sales pipeline, and confidently close deals.
β’ Keep precise records in our CRM database, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Allstate lead manager, Hearsay texting tools, and personal notes.
β’ Study for and obtain licensing in your resident state, which is essential (self-paced and supported by the company).
β’ A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License in your home state is required.
β’ Experience in a high-volume outbound call center or in insurance sales is advantageous.
β’ A willingness to adhere to a structured workday with significant dialing activity and accountability to performance metrics.
β’ Capability to manage oneself effectively in a fully remote setting.
β’ Familiarity and confidence with technology platforms, including quoting tools and CRMs.
β’ A strong drive to earn unlimited bonuses and exceed the performance of average sellers.
β’ Proficiency in multitasking.
β’ Competitive compensation: $24/hour as a base salary.
