This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
β’ Conduct 200β300 outbound calls daily to engage with qualified leads.
β’ Assist potential customers in understanding and selecting the appropriate personal lines insurance, which includes auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, umbrella, condo, or bundled insurance policies.
β’ Achieve and surpass your target of selling 30+ policies each month, with incentives for multi-product sales.
β’ Persistently follow up, manage your sales pipeline, and confidently close deals.
β’ Keep precise records in our CRM database (Salesforce, Allstate lead manager, hearsay texting tools, personal notes).
β’ Study for and obtain licensing in your Resident state, which is essential (self-paced, company-supported).
β’ An active Property & Casualty Insurance License in your home state is mandatory.
β’ Experience in high-volume outbound call centers or insurance sales is advantageous.
β’ A willingness to adhere to a structured day that involves significant dialing activity and accountability to performance metrics.
β’ Capability to self-manage effectively in a fully remote setting.
β’ Proficiency with technology platforms, including quoting tools and CRMs.
β’ A drive to earn uncapped bonuses and surpass average sales performers.
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently.
β’ Competitive compensation: $24/hour base pay.
