Licensed Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage with Toyota customers through both inbound and outbound calls to assess their insurance requirements.

• Evaluate, tailor, and present quotes for various products, including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat insurance.

• Effectively communicate coverage options and emphasize the benefits of our insurance offerings.

• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to suggest the most suitable protection strategies.

• Establish trust through expert advice, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor.

• Regularly achieve or surpass sales targets and close-rate performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License is mandatory.

• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) or proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C/PL insurance sales is required.

• Familiarity with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office is essential.

• Strong skills in persuasion and influence, ability to overcome objections, and successfully close sales are necessary.
