⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure: You must be a fully licensed board-certified Psychiatrist.

• NPI Number and Individual Malpractice Insurance: If you don't have these yet, we can guide you in the right direction!

• DEA: You should possess a DEA and/or CDS number, or be willing to obtain one.
