This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Interact with members through phone, email, and other platforms to provide assistance with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy modifications.
• Develop rapport and trust by asking insightful questions, comprehending member needs, and delivering precise solutions to reduce transfers and escalations.
• Execute insurance transactions, including endorsements, cancellations, and coverage adjustments, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and internal teams to address issues and deliver timely, accurate information.
• Maintain necessary certifications and actively seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge.
• Achieve performance metrics related to service quality, responsiveness, and member satisfaction.
• A High School diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is necessary; experience in a contact center is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional and empathetic tone.
• Capability to multitask across various applications while maintaining focus and precision.
• Must possess an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy is required.
• A solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong research and internet skills; quick adaptability to various subjects and systems.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital tools.
• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, Satellite, Cellular Hotspot, or Cellular Internet is not acceptable.
• Upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps are required.
• ISP stability with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms.
• An available cell phone or tablet and the ability to install required 2FA software.
• A quiet interview setting free of devices such as Bluetooth, smart watches, additional computers, or writing instruments; door closed; phones not permitted.
