Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic.

• Concentrate on providing clinical care while Third Space Therapy manages billing, insurance, and credentialing.

• Choose referrals and set your personal working hours and availability.

• Create a varied caseload through the referral network.

• Perform therapy, counseling, and assessments.

• Develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize knowledge of mental health diagnoses to guide care.

• Work collaboratively with clients to reach their goals.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to inform care strategies.

• Accumulate hours toward full licensure with supervision assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LPC license in good standing in Ohio.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling.

• Minimum of 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience.

• Personal malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Proficiency with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• A personal computer and dependable internet connection for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluency in English.

• Spanish proficiency is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Must be currently residing in Ohio.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
