Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision mandated by the board to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise based on professional judgment and in compliance with Colorado board requirements.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians as they navigate the licensure process.

• Collaborate with associates to enhance their clinical skills.

• Offer constructive feedback that fosters clinician development.

• Aid in documentation and compliance related to Medicaid operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LPC license in good standing in Colorado for at least 2 years.

• Board-approved to provide clinical supervision in Colorado.

• Master’s degree in Counseling.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Personal malpractice insurance coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment.

• Collaborative mindset when working with associates.

• Ability to provide developmental feedback effectively.

• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements.
