This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to individuals within the Medicaid population.

• Concentrate on providing clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing processes.

• Accept referrals based on personal availability and establish a suitable caseload.

• Perform therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Work in partnership with an independently licensed supervisor while earning hours towards full licensure.

• Active LPCC license in good standing in Colorado.

• Master’s degree in Counseling.

• A minimum of 6 months of practical experience in therapy or assessment.

• Possess malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Proficient with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• Maintain a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Have access to a personal computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluent in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Knowledgeable in developing effective, customized treatment plans.

• Competent in conducting comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.

• Complete flexibility: determine your own schedule and availability, select referrals, and create a manageable caseload.

• Administrative assistance for insurance, billing, and credentialing tasks.

• Extensive referral network through insurers, educational institutions, and community providers.

• Supervision support from an independently licensed supervisor at no charge, facilitating the accumulation of hours toward full licensure.
