Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote oversight services to facilitate patients' home-exercise therapy initiatives.

• Guide and support users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.

• Continuously provide feedback to the evaluating clinician regarding patient advancements.

• Keep essential records and documentation while conducting remote monitoring.

• Aid in enhancing processes and functionalities of the platform.

• Organize and oversee a caseload while maintaining efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is advantageous.

• Graduated from a recognized physical therapy program.

• Active PT license in a compact state is required.

• Active PTA license in Illinois.

• Proficient with technology, excelling in a multi-platform environment.

• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and active listening.

• Proven patient-centric focus; enthusiasm for user experience.

• Capable of multitasking and managing diverse user needs.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
