Licensed Nurse Practitioner – License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Washington DC.

• Maintain a valid DEA registration linked to Washington DC.

• Engage in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding tasks as required.

• Complete and endorse enrollment and credentialing forms necessary for commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations.

• Address reasonable inquiries regarding licensure, certifications, and credentialing standards.

• Promptly inform Holon Health of any changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or eligibility for credentialing.

• Attend occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Washington DC.

• Hold an active DEA registration in Washington DC.

• Be eligible for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

• Have no current sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that could affect credentialing or payer enrollment.

• Capable of providing credentialing documentation in a timely fashion.

• Previous experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes is preferred.

• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care environments is preferred.

• Additional state licenses are preferred.

• Demonstrated interest in future clinical or consulting roles with Holon Health is preferred.
