Licensed Nurse Practitioner, License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon.

• Keep an active DEA registration associated with Oregon.

• Engage in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities as required.

• Complete and sign the necessary enrollment and credentialing documentation for commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations.

• Address reasonable requests for information concerning licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements.

• Promptly inform Holon Health of any changes regarding licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or credentialing eligibility.

• Attend occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.

• Maintain an active DEA registration in Oregon.

• Be eligible for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

• Have no current sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that could affect credentialing or payer enrollment.

• Ability to provide credentialing documentation promptly.

• Previous experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes is preferred.

• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings is preferred.

• Additional state licenses are preferred.

• Show interest in potential clinical or consulting opportunities with Holon Health in the future.
