Licensed Nurse Practitioner – License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Maintain an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire.

• Hold an active DEA registration linked to New Hampshire.

• Engage in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities as necessary.

• Complete and sign the enrollment and credentialing documentation required by commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations.

• Respond to reasonable inquiries regarding licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements.

• Inform Holon Health promptly of any changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or credentialing eligibility.

• Attend occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire.

• Valid DEA registration in New Hampshire.

• Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

• No existing sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that might affect credentialing or payer enrollment.

• Capability to provide credentialing documentation promptly.

• Previous experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes (preferred).

• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings (preferred).

• Additional state licenses (preferred).
