Licensed Nurse Practitioner – License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Maintain a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska.

• Hold an active DEA registration linked to Nebraska.

• Engage in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities as required.

• Complete and sign the necessary enrollment and credentialing documents for commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations.

• Address reasonable requests for information pertaining to licensure, certifications, and credentialing prerequisites.

• Inform Holon Health promptly regarding any changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or eligibility for credentialing.

• Attend occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska.

• An active DEA registration in Nebraska.

• Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

• No existing sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that would affect credentialing or payer enrollment.

• Capability to provide credentialing documentation promptly.

• Prior experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes (preferred).

• Background in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings (preferred).

• Additional state licenses (preferred).

• Interest in potential clinical or consulting roles with Holon Health (preferred).
