Licensed Nurse Practitioner – License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii

• Possess an active DEA registration linked to Hawaii

• Engage in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding tasks as required

• Complete and sign the necessary enrollment and credentialing documentation for commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations

• Provide timely responses to reasonable inquiries concerning licensure, certifications, and credentialing prerequisites

• Inform Holon Health immediately of any changes regarding licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or credentialing eligibility

• Attend occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii

• Active DEA registration in Hawaii

• Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers

• No existing sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that could affect credentialing or payer enrollment

• Capability to provide credentialing documentation promptly

• Previous experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes is preferred

• Background in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care environments

• Additional state licenses are a plus

• Interest in potential future clinical or consulting roles with Holon Health
