Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer – Evening Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interact with 100% warm transfer leads from eager homebuyers and those looking to refinance

• Consult with borrowers to identify their needs and offer suitable loan options

• Utilize cutting-edge technology to efficiently qualify and finalize loans

• Establish long-lasting relationships to encourage future referrals and repeat business

• Work collaboratively with in-house processors and underwriters for expedited closings

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and conversion rates

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of recent experience in mortgage loan origination (call center experience preferred)

• Current NMLS license

• At least 5 active state licenses

• Knowledge of mortgage regulatory guidelines

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-driven, motivated, and focused on results

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• High-speed internet is essential for remote work
