This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Identify and address mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Meet with patients on a regular basis to offer counseling, treatment, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Perform continuous assessments to monitor patient progress.
• Involve and provide guidance to family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to office location). Candidates without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not hiring associate/intern level therapists at this time.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous, although not mandatory.
• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment with this agency.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have demonstrated experience in effectively using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
