Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct client intakes and develop treatment plans that are centered around the client and informed by trauma.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care.

• Ensure timely documentation is maintained within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Provide support to families through education and care coordination, extending beyond just the child present.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Illinois license: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Have experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Dedicated to practicing in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive manner.
