This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Support clients in assessing and enrolling in the most suitable Medicare plans tailored to their needs.

• Handle both outbound and inbound calls, inform clients about Medicare, and convert leads into successful sales.

• Responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, fostering long-term relationships, and surpassing performance targets.

• Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate Medicare plans.

• Conduct plan assessments, facilitate enrollment, and provide education on Medicare eligibility and options.

• Identify new (warm) leads, manage inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales initiatives.

• Ensure thorough follow-up and achieve sales goals and performance metrics.

• Utilize CRM tools for managing client data and monitoring progress.

• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health & Life license in your state of residence.

• A California license is an advantage.

• Current AHIP certification required prior to commencement.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Over 3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience, ideally in a call center setting.

• Associate's degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated job stability and tenure in previous positions.

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.

• Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Self-driven, technologically adept, and open to coaching.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• A strong interest in the insurance industry is crucial.
