This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Handles incoming calls from customers inquiring about health insurance options.
• Aids in resolving escalated customer concerns.
• Ensures a positive customer experience with high satisfaction levels.
• Achieves sales and productivity targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Updates customer records in the CRM with a summary of interactions.
• Initiates outbound sales calls for various sales campaigns.
• Advises and informs seniors aged 65 and above about the most suitable Medicare Life and Health Plans for their needs.
• Regularly follows up on the "book of business" by making outbound calls to prospects.
• Must possess an Active General Lines L&H License in your state of residence.
• Preferably at least 1 year of sales or relevant experience.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to the work schedule.
• Capable of working independently and taking accountability for your performance while following your work schedule.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Requires reliable internet with a plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace at home; Allstate will supply all necessary equipment.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
