Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic.

• Deliver clinical care while Third Space Therapy manages billing, insurance, and credentialing processes.

• Select referrals and establish a caseload based on your availability.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.

• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Conduct confidential virtual sessions from a home office that complies with HIPAA regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LMSW license in good standing in Missouri.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• At least 6 months of relevant therapy or assessment experience.

• Personal malpractice insurance coverage of $1M per occurrence and $3M in aggregate.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet home office that meets HIPAA compliance standards.

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• A strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Expertise in developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments for guiding care strategies.

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Current residency in Missouri.
