• Interact with engaged insurance seekers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more in a remote call center setting.
• Leverage your insurance knowledge to assess customer needs, spot coverage gaps, and suggest customized solutions from Allstate products and offerings within the Allstate family.
• Transform warm leads into clients using a proven consultative sales approach — no cold calling is necessary.
• Work remotely to enhance sales growth while providing an outstanding, customer-centric experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on sales.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence is preferred.
• If unlicensed, must be able to acquire a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s assistance.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet) is required.
• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace (equipment will be provided).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Open to feedback and performance coaching.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
