Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Interact with potential insurance customers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and various other channels in a remote call center setting.

• Leverage your insurance knowledge to identify customer needs, detect coverage deficiencies, and recommend customized solutions from Allstate's offerings and those of the Allstate family of companies.

• Transform warm leads into clients utilizing an established consultative sales approach—no cold calling necessary.

• Work remotely to enhance sales growth while providing an outstanding, customer-centric experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, focusing on sales.

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence is preferred.

• If unlicensed, must be able to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with support from Allstate.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet) is essential.

• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required (equipment will be provided).

• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends.

• Open to receiving feedback and performance coaching.

• Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, and multitasking.
