This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing all facets of client accounts, which includes policy modifications, cancellations, account updates, payments, and more.

• Conducting account reviews for coverage adjustments and adding new coverages as per the client’s requirements.

• Ensuring client retention for the agency and overall satisfaction by transitioning existing clients to sales when necessary.

• Preparing all essential documentation, including but not limited to applications, change requests, and appropriate disclosures.

• Cultivating strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

• Responding to incoming calls and emails.

• Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Documenting all interactions with clients and carrier personnel, along with completed tasks and received documents in the AMS360 management system.

• Undertaking special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Conducting account rounds by cross-selling additional lines of business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a customer service representative.

• Capacity to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail along with effective time management and decision-making abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

• Technologically adept.

• Preferred experience with AMS 360 or comparable software.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
