Licensed Independent Social Worker – LISW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through our telehealth initiative!

• Collaborate with commercial health plans, in addition to licensed Medicaid and Medicare providers.

• Provide care to patients of all ages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree along with appropriate licensure is required.

• Applicants must possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Home office must ensure privacy for patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
