This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Answer incoming calls in our call center while enthusiastically promoting Farmers insurance products to potential clients.
• Engage with customers to ascertain their requirements, and recommend products that align with their needs.
• Initiate outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships, educating clients about coverage options and costs to help them choose the best alternatives.
• Assess customers as potential buyers of additional products/services to generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers seamlessly.
• A valid P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License.
• At least 1 year of experience in selling personal lines or property & casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve quotas, metrics, and objectives.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to a long-term career in the insurance sector.
• Proven capability to take initiative, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Direct sales experience, with the ability to persuade customers and close sales successfully.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capacity to adapt communication style for each call and articulate complex policy and coverage information in clear terms.
• Must be eligible to obtain a resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required states.
